The AP2040B series, Apex Technologies sets a new standard in Optical Spectrum Analysis. Its different approach enables it to measures in far greater detail than ever before.
The AP2040 series is based on an intereferometric principle which is able to achieve a 0.16pm resolution (20MHz), a +/-3pm absolute wavelength accuracy and a close-in dynamic range of 60dB at 10pm.
With a price in the same order as conventional monochromator based OSA's, it makes the AP2040 the first of its kind in the next generation Optical Spectrum Analyzers.
Wavelength measurement : 1525nm to 1607nm (Ref :AP2041B)
1520 to 1630 (Ref : AP2043B)
Wavelength absolute accuracy +/-3pm
Wavelength resolution 20MHz (0.16pm) and 100MHz (0.8pm)
Measurement level range -75dBm to +10dBm
Close-in dynamic range >40dB @ +/-1pm 60dB @ +/-3pm
The
The Southern Photonics OSA150 Fast Spectrum Analyzer is a low-cost, high-speed instrument that yields highresolution spectral measurements.

The OSA150 exhibits a 10dB improvement in the Optical Rejection Ratio (ORR) parameter when compared to conventional Fabry-Perot filter-based OSAs. This improvement in ORR makes the OSA150 an ideal candidate for real-time measurement of closely-spaced DWDM channels in your laboratory or manufacturing facilities.
- Bandpass Resolution : 2GHz (16pm)
- Wavelength Repeatability : 0.3GHz (2.4pm)
- Sensitivity : -40dBm
- Dynamic Range : 45dB
- Optical Rejection Ratio (@100GHz) : 40dB
- Polarisation Sensitivity : < 0.3dB
- Wavelength Range : 1500-1580nm
- Sweep Rate (4096 spectral points) : > 20Hz
The AQ6370B uses a newly developed high performance monochromator to achieve high wavelength resolution (0.02 nm) and wide close-in dynamic range (70 dB).
With the sharper spectral characteristics of the new monochromator, OSNR measurement of 50 GHz spacing DWDM transmission systems and EDFA evaluation with multiple wavelength sources can successfully be performed.
| Power: +20 dBm to -90 dBm The AQ6370B can measure optical power as high as +20 dBm, which enables direct measurement of high power sources such as optical amplifiers and pump lasers for Raman amplifiers. Measurement sensitivity can be chosen from seven categories according to test applications and measurement speed requirements. |

| Wavelength: 600 nm to 1700 nm The AQ6370B covers not only telecommunication wavelengths, but also the visible light wavelength region which is used for home electronics, medical, and industrial material application |
The AQ6373 is the latest addition to the AQ6370 Series of Optical Spectrum Analyzers. With the ability to provide high speed, accurate analysis of the short wavelength range between 350nm and 1200nm, this OSA is well suited for a broad range of applications. The AQ6373 can accelerate the development and
manufacturing of short wavelength lasers, passive devices and LEDs as well as equipment that uses these devices for the biomedical, material processing, consumer product and telecommunications markets. With built in color analysis capabilities and remote command compatibility with the AQ6315, the AQ6373 provides an upgrade of capabilities, speed and performance for current AQ6315 users.

The AQ6319 packs the power of cutting-edge technologies with many years of research and experience. It holds the best gratings based monochromator optical performance on the market and provides customers with a user-friendly interface for faster and more accurate measurement. In fact, the AQ6319 raises the standards in the optical testing industry
With an unprecedented wavelength accuracy of ±10 pm (1520-1580 nm), the AQ6319 OSA has become an outstanding instrument in both general and specialized R&D labs for high accuracy wavelength measurement. Yokogawa keeps the "free-space" design between the incident beam and the monochrometer; this proven technology which is inherited from the world-renowned AQ6317 series OSAs offers much greater facility for researchers using specialty fibers, especially with large core diameters. The new AQ6319 offers a much faster sweep speed than any other models. It also features a LAN connection for faster and easier data transfer, as well as remote control capabilities. In addition, many new analysis functions have been included
