 The QoS Monitoring System provides the tools to analyze the actual packets on the network and calculates the jitter and delay time. Compared with conventional methods, this system does not generate test packets for analysis. This allows the QoS Monitoring System to measure the latency of the network which compensates the QoS with a Diffserv or MPLS accurately. The system also allows for the measurement of packet loss which is important for mission critical applications.
