Yokogawa AQ7750
TheYokogawa AQ7750 Optical Sampling Oscilloscope is designed for evaluating high spped devices and optical transmission quality used in ultra high speed optical network. Its 500GHz bandwidth allows to measure 40Gbit/s and 160Gbit/s signals.
The Yokogawa AQ7750 provides comprehensive waveform analysis functions such as pulse waveform analysis for eye opening and SNR(optical Q factor)evaluation. It supports trigger gate function for optical re-circulating loop experiment.
IMRA fiber laser(Femtolite) is used as a sampling light source.
